Yes I had heart palpitations and alot of anxiety. I couldn't think well and felt foggy headed but knew I did't want traditional HRT. My MD is wonderful and put me on Estrogel it does require an RX. It is plant best estrodil (I hope I spelled it OK. It is identical to your bodies. I don't want full hormone replacement I just wanted to relieve the hot flashes and heart palpitations and foggy head. It is a gel and I apply it every other day. It has been fabulous. Then he told me to go to the health food store and get a natural progesterone cream. I apply this daily on my inner thighs and hip bone areas. I use renewed balance progesterone cream. I am 47 years old and haven't had a period in a year. I am stilln ot having a period but who cares all of the negative symptoms are gone. No more hot flashes, heart palpitations, etc.

Also I should mention my MD did refer me to a cardiologist and they had me do a stress test then a 30 day holter monitor just to make sure there wasn't a problem. I wouldn't assume there isn't a problem unless you check it out with a cardiologist.

My mother who is 69 was her for Christmas. She had gall bladder problems and went to a surgeon to see about having her gall bladder removed so I could take care of her. Well she failed the EKG at Pre-Op and to make a long story short she had a blockage. She had angio done and a stint put in and a 100% blockage removed. She has had 2 silent heart attacks unknown to her. So all in all please check it out. Tweet
