water distiller and chlorine question

I am looking at buying a distiller for my drinking water. After much research I have not made much progress on picking the final one. The juicer was easier - champion and be happy.

I was wondering if anyone knew what happens to the chlorine with the distillers as they boil the water, doesn't the chlorine turn into gas and get into the air that you are now breathing?

Just trying to figure out the best way to get pure water without breathing the stuff we are taking out of the water - any and all suggestions appreciated.
