Re: Perimenopause question

I took wellbutrin to quit smoking (a success, btw,) and have stayed on it because of the remarkable reduction in pre-menstrual Depression and other symptoms. It's been, and continues to be a lifesaver.

Just today I was prescribed Prometrium by my obgyn NP - she says it's going to thin the uterine lining so I won;t have to have another D&C. Sounds good, but I am skeptical, especially after 20 years of gyn ups & downs and false hope.

Anyone have experience w/ Prometrium? I am not on any ohter kind of HRT at this time.
