Re: Question about optimum time spent in infrared sauna and temp of sauna.
I usually take colloidal minerals (clark's minerals -- do a google search for them -- they are really good and fairly inexpensive) in V8 juice after the sauna...
I also think that it is a great way for women to get beautiful skin. Any of the commercial creams out there have so many toxins in them -- causing wrinkles and cancers and who knows else what! I use ozonated olive oil that I make myself. I usually put in a few drops of pure lavender essential oil into it, or depending on my mood, other applicable essential oils.
I also use miracle soap to wash my face and try to use organic or as natural as I can get, makeup. The Body Shop has some good items, as do some other companies that I can't remember the name of. I do not wear foundation as I have no need for it... but that stuff has so many toxins in it (unless you use the natural stufF).
And to talk about how bad shampoos and conditioners are! Holy cow!
Women go through so much to make ourselves look and feel pretty. But there ARE natural ways to do it.
I am hoping the
Far Infrared Sauna helps with my sore muscles, burning calories, and getting rid of any toxins I have in my body!!
