Yeah, a lot of what comes out is undigested food. Most people here doing the Liver Flush don't want to admit this. I don't understand why, the Liver Flush is about getting better same with parasite cleansing. Unless it's some thing BLATANT that comes out of you, just ignore that stuff and gauge how you feel. Stone counting, poop picking ext ext is kind of ridiculous in my opinion unless again you see some thing very blatant. Tweet
