Is it really necessary to go through the horror of it?
I agree to do it in the proper order. I just did a
Liver Flush & didn't do the
parasite cleanse or the other preparations...
About 10 days after the first flush, I had excruciating back pain for about a week or so. I had to do another flush to make it stop. It was scary. I really didn't know why I was in so much pain. I decided not to go to an MD since they probably would have no idea what was going on. I didn't want them to insist that I go to the hospital.
Turns out, that after 3 flushes I found out that I had liver flukes... The flukes or stones probably were moving around & clogged one of my bile ducts. It was pretty awful!
So now, I'm going to go back & do it in order... I'm starting with the bowel cleanse, then I may do another
parasite cleanse, kidneys & maybe a liver flush.
I think my liver is in pretty bad shape so I don't want to over do it. I'm not sure it's necessary to be so extreme on yourself. It's satisfying to see all the toxins & stones come out but I'm not sure if it's necessary to do it that way. Especially, if you already have other health problems. Maybe if you are fairly healthy - it's not as harsh on you.
May be better to take herbs to break up the stones so your body can remove them over time...? I'm not sure. I just know that my body couldn't take another
Liver Flush right now.
