First of all I'm sorry to hear of your wife's diagnosis. Just recently I heard about a new treatment that sounds very hopeful and is in the testing phase. I'm stunned and horrified by your post. I don't believe this could be a coincidence. I'm aware there are many women on this post who have MS symptoms and their tests came back negative, and maybe a few that were actually diagnosed with it. I hope all of you report this to Bayer via an email form. I can't seem to find the link right now but perhaps someone else who posts here will provide it to you. Since MS is an autoimmune disease, I don't think it's a stretch to believe the MS could be caused by one's immune's system reacting to a foreign body (Mirena). Many women with Mirenas have developed other autoimmune diseases/symptoms such as damage to their thyroid gland resulting in hypothyroidism and various other autoimmune conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis . I'm enraged. This evil device must be taken off the market and Bayer should be punished via law suits. You might want to try typing "MS" in the search box on this page to find the relative posts.
