PLEASE READ! Just to make it quite clear...Re: I got cramps too...

The FOOD PROGRAM is this:

1) Seriously ill, doctor diagnosed, so called incurable disease (whatever it might be- diabetes, cancer, MS, MD, Lupus, Cardiac issues...) You do the full Incurables Program which means a 30 day juice fast AT LEAST followed by raw vegan food only, until you are all better. No ifs, ands, or buts and Uny and I don't care WHO you are.

2) Sick and tired of being sick and tired (which are the rest of you if you are under the care of Team Uny...) It is LIVE, RAW, UNCOOKED VEGAN FOOD- this means raw fruit, raw vegetables, raw nuts, seeds, and sprouted (but not cooked) grains. It means dehydrated any of the above, sprouted any of the above, juiced any of the above, gussied up any of the above, BUT THAT IS IT! Refer to David Wolfe, Shazzie, any of the famous and creative "raw food gurus" for cookbooks.

3) IF and ONLY IF you are in PERFECT health (and few are) THEN you can have all those yummy soups and wheat crackers and black bean dips with organic vegan tortilla chips and baked potatoes and all that vegan blissfulness.

But I am going Dr. Schulze on y'all now- if ANY of us expect to have the kind of results that Dr. Schulze saw in his clinical practice, you HAVE to do it his way, ALL the way. If y'all were his patients and he saw y'all at a restaurant and you had cooked food on your plates, he would gather them up and dump them in the trash and then sit with you, go over the menu with you, and tell you what you could have and what you couldn't have while under his care.

Or you wouldn't BE under his care.

Uny and I just have to be so careful and so clear about this. If y'all go off protocol and end up hurting yourselves or in the hospital because you didn't follow the directions of the greatest healers on the face of the Earth (and it isn't Uny and it isn't me for sure- we are just teachers), it ends up jeopardizing the entire alternative health community.

We love you, muah, muah, kissie kissie, but you HAVE to take your healing seriously.
