Strange happenings

Well I officially havent started my juice fast :( Im leaving on a long trip next week. Maybe because I know I wont have a full 30 days to do I wimped out? Or maybe because I dont have an urgent debilitating disease im not as motivated? Who knows! but the recent posts on juice fasting by wings,sage,uny have really helped me see things clearer. Im really looking forward to coming back and having a real shot at the 30 days! I have been juicing twice a day and eating light vegan food at night with hubby. Ive been doing the liver cleanse concoction every morning.

So thats the first thing: immediately after every Liver-Flush drink, my legs itch uncontrollably. Like a painful itch thats jumping around everywhere.I dont realy care its just strange!!

Second thing: I was out somewhere and I peed in the restroom and I noticed my pee was orangy/red.When i wiped the tissue was clean, so it was defnitely mixed in my urine. I would not have seen this at home because I have black toilets.My only idea is maybe its cause im jucing lots of beets this week? Again im not worried, just strange!

Third: I did a coffee enema yesterday, which I think went awesome! I held almost all the 4 cups for a solid 20 min. I then felt a "pop" and heard a rush of gurgling liquid and then I had to get up to release the liquid. Thats all good right?I will be getting my stethescope very soon and can listen,cant wait! But then I did something REALLY STUPID! After I expeled the liquid, I went back to finish it off. It seemed to be finished but I just wasnt sure so I gently squeezed the tube and ran my fingers down the tube. DUH! I was pushing air into myself!! Last night I had the WORST gas pains EVER! And I was not at home chillin. I was out, dressed up in heels and with lots of people. I just had to grin and bare it, but I really just wanted to cry. When I left I was able to lay down and get it out. I can tell you I wont ever do that again! Ok so thats not sooo strange but are there any other tips for not getting gas from an enema? or was it soley from what I did?
