I got cramps too...

Hey there just thought I would let you know I also got some cramps mostly gas type after some enemas as well. I even let the air out before I inserted it. So sometimes I think you just get air up there. After a few loud, evaculations on the toilet it will clear up!

Also, I know your going on a trip to Ohio and wanted to still juice/eat vegan. Well the other day I found this great little place that sells some good vegitarian food and fresh made juice as well. I got FRESH squeezed OJ for $3.59 for 12 oz which is a good price here. They also have some yummy humus and vegan soups. I wish it was closer to me but still its about a 20-25 minute drive for me so not unusual since I live outta town. Anyways, its a great option when you need the juice and don't want cooked juice or just want to eaat out with everyone and have some options. They have allot of locations in Ohio more than out here so hopefully their will be one near you! Yum... I am driving there tommorow after my daughters soccer tournament!!
