Re: Need Help Desperatelty

If I were you, I'd consider two options.

Both options start with a 3-5 day WATER-ONLY FAST. This means you drink only water, filtered by your own filter if possible. Use a cheap britta filter with tap water if necessary.

It's probably helpful to read a book on fasting during this time, I recommend "The Miracle of Fasting" by Paul Bragg. Your fast isn't going to be easy, but it's a matter of willpower, it takes DAYS to die from faster (like at least 30-45+). Since you are sick already, it's going to make you detox like crazy, and you will need TOTAL REST during these 3-5 days. Don't even bother trying to work during this time.

Drink to THIRST only. There is no minimum amount of water to drink.

If you need more advice on fasting, which I recommend, read the Paul Bragg book and see our Fasting boards here on curezone.

After this, you have two options to break the fast. I recommend breaking it with raw milk..

OPTION 1: Raw milk diet----------

Please read the book by John Porter on the raw milk diet.
http://www.amazon.com/Milk-Diet-Remedy-Chronic-Disease/dp/0976992809/ref=sr_1...

For people with leaky gut and digestion issues, it has a 95% success rate (maybe higher). Dr Charles Porter used it at the Mayo clinic to cure 18000 people back in the early 1900s of everything from extreme digestive disorders to heart problems to diabetes and high blood pressure.

Use it, it works. The only reason why the book was re-published is because someone "rediscovered" the cure since it helped his child who had extreme asthma.

I have personally met people who it's worked for as well. I actually recommend it to a friend's sister was basically wasting away from lack of nutrition (I forget the name of the disease). She started with only a 1 day fast (because she was already weak) and then started the diet, as it was written in the book. And it worked, while the doctors had no answer.

The only problem you might have is finding a source of raw milk, which you can fairly easily do on
http://www.realmilk.com.

You might also have trouble finding the time it takes to do this diet, as it requires at least 2 weeks of constant rest. If you're serious about getting better though, it works and it's worth your time to get a permanent cure.

Option 2: Fruit diet for ???----------------------

I don't like this option as much, I think the milk diet is better for long term GI health, but this diet has also worked for a number of people on this site.

Basically you break the 3-5 day fast with fruit and you keep on eating mostly fruit for 2-4 weeks.

You meals would look like:
Breakfast: Oranges, as many as you want
Lunch: Plums, as many as you want
Dinner: Apples, as many as you want

You get to choose what fruit you eat, just don't mix and match.

Also, you should eat 1 salad a day. You can have some protein once a week, in the form of raw eggs would be best.

This is a cleansing diet and won't help your body rebuild so much, but it will help somewhat. It helps because fruit are the easiest thing for the human body to digest, it bascically gives your GI tract time and energy to heal.

Having said that, I think the (raw) milk diet is the best for you, in your particular case. It's worth your time to at least read the book.

You should also look into parasite cleanses, like Barefoot's dewormer. If you haven't done one already, I think this would really help the majority of people with Candida.

Anyway, whatever you decide, good luck with it.

Jason
