i have the pan, frying pan and oven dish. he says on one of his vids to season the frying pan like you do a wok, but ive never had much luck with it and dont like using it too much due to the food sticking.

i bought them in a period he was offering free shipping so got them for a really good price as they were shipped to the uk.
