I would also be interested to find out more about this. if it's true it sounds great. but im sceptical.

i dont like using tefflon and have an iron cast frying pan but i do admit to using the teflon one if its cooking something like fried eggs (using VCO) much less oil is needed and i dont have to scrape to get the eggs off the pan. Tweet
