Re: Direct reply to Hopinso's post, above.
Thanks for the lovely lift Fledgling, I really needed it today. A friend suggested I try vinegar foot baths the other day. I tried one and it was quite amazing. I was feeling very weak that evening and put my little tub (A cheap plastic dish pan from Walmart) on the floor by the side of the bed. I used very warm, but not real hot water and about 1/2 cup cider vinegar, put my feet in the tub and just laid down for about twenty minutes. My feet tingled, my legs relaxed and I felt wonderful that night. It was incredible how strong the effects were. I know cider is high in minerals and helps improve circulation, but I never thought of using it for the transdermal absorption of minerals. You might want to try varying your baths with different mineral rich products. The salt crystals give you the sodium and trace minerals, Epsom salt provides magnesium, although I like magnesium oil better, perhaps the vinegar provides potassium. At any rate foot baths work well if you can't soak. When you want absorption keep the water cooler than for a detox bath, stay in only twenty minutes the quickly rinse off and air dry if possible. We need to remember that constant detoxing can rob of of vital things as well as all the nasties. Remember, like the Bible says there is a time to build up and a time to tear down. Balance is the key.
Your clown stint sounds wonderful.
