Re: Hopinso, in case you are online...

Hi Fledgling, I'm sorry I have been so slow getting this forum going. I had to deal with a personal situation (not health related) that has been very stressful. I've also been studying recent posts from the time I got knocked off-line Christmas Eve to present day. Wow! Has there been a lot of fussing and fighting! Still I see a lot of familiar names and serious newbies.

I'm sorry to hear you are still having problems. You've been such an inspiration and encouragement for me. Weakness often indicates a mineral imbalance. You may be lacking across the board, or too much of one mineral and too little of another. An imbalance of major and minor minerals can cause problems with both nerves and muscles.

I suggest you go slowly on deeper cleansing for now. Don't do too much too fast. I realize you have done a lot since I've "met" you here, however, sometimes the body needs a rest. Ecclesiastes 3:3b says there is a time to break down and a time to build up; 3:6 says there is a time to get and a time to lose. When we apply these thoughts to our health it means we do not always need to be in cleansing mode. There are times when we need to concentrate more on building up the body, the mind and the spirit.

From what I have read your diet is very healthy. Make sure you are eating plenty of leafy green veggies, both raw and cooked. Dark leafy green are so rich in minerals that the body can assimilate. When you eat a mineral rich meal include something a little sweet like honey, Maple syrup, sorghum or true molasses. Blackstrap molasses is very mineral rich, but if you use it take a little extra something sweet to help utilize the minerals. Blackstrap is so refined, I don't use it, but others swear by it.

For now, I would limit fasting to one day a week. If you can make this day a gift of rest, prayer and meditation. Give yourself a sabbath whether its Sunday, Saturday or the day that works best for you. The older I get, the more I see how important a day of true rest is. I admit I rarely get such a day, but even a few hours is better than none at all.

I'll try to be more specific if you need me to be, I could write pages on this subject (and probably will).

Take care and God bless you~hopinso
