Thanks for your advice.yes,I'm learning how to do enemas on curezone here.Thank God for these wonderful people here,I've learnt so much from these forum and my health is all the better for it.I was trying to buy an enema kit for the longest while and the people in the pharmacies would look at me as if I have two heads so I just ordered from SAWilsons and now enemas will be incorporated into my regiment So I would most definitely appreciate all the help here.
