Thanks for your advice and these great links.I'm new to all of this enema stuff so this is really appreciated.I actually tried the salt enema(1 tsp.salt to 16 ozs of water).I hung the bag exactly 18 ins.from the top of the bag to the floor.The water didn't flow so I had to re-adjust the bag a little higher up.After all the water went in I didn't feel the urge to go until about half an hour later ....then I went three times over a half an hour duration.I really felt very clean because I had already gone about two times previous to this and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all.Is this amount okay or should I increase it?
