I'm very sorry to hear that, I have also tried matching ingredients, but there seems to be something special about the acnemd product. I believe both have a money back guarantee. I am still going strong with both products.

The only other product that provided me with any relief was humaworm and a really low card/paleo diet. Best of luck and I totally understand your frustration. I have 6 small to medium size boxes in my garage filled with different products and the acnemd and aloe finally worked for me. I hope you find your solution soon.
