Here are the ingredients to acnemd

Niacin (as niacinamide) 750mg
Folate (as folic acid) 350mcg
Zinc (as zinc oxide) 40mg
Copper (as copper oxide) 2mg
Guggul gum resin (10% guggul sterones) 25 mg

I did notice that my skin got a little worse after not taking the aloe product, but the acnemd still keeps me 95% better than I was just a few months ago.
