Thanks for sharing your experience with us once again. Being Real and honest is so inspiring to me. Any YOU are very inspiring. This is quite a journey isn't it, the path of natural healing and sometimes its messy like you say.
I feel like I'm emotionally messy right now such deep seated and core issues are right at the surface and I know this is this is the wisdom of my body telling me I need to change 'how I'm seeing' mostly myself.
This IS part of natural healing. Its uncomfortable but thats the way it is. I can judge it to death, run from it, hide from it, medicate it but its still under there.

You said it in your post we must learn to LOVE our selves to heal. Dr. Shulze says somewhere LOVE is the greatest healer.
We already know how we are hard wired to be happy, free, loving and totally connected - its REALLY just removing the blocks that are in the way.

I have this idea - I would love to travel one day to meet some of the folks on this forum and of course Uny. You are one of those folks, Wings. There are many times in my private thoughts I think about what someone wrote on this forum or about there commitment to healing or there wonderful success and it gets me through. We all really need another. You see that is what I believe were here for I don't think we are supposed to do it on our own. We have a function AND we must love ourselves so that we can truly unconditionally love others as Jesus clearly taught.

I just wanted to comment on your authentic, heartfelt post. We need to hear from you.
