IP with non-organic produce?

I want to do the IP but am wondering about the juicing. I will not be able to obtain much produce at all that is organic. I can get a few things like greens and can wildcraft some and soon my garden will be having some greens as well but nothing else for a while. I have occasionally seen organic Celery and lemons in the stores here. (There are only two grocery stores!) I would have to make a six hour drive to find more selection. Considering the huge intake of produce to make all that juice, what are your thoughts? All input appreciated!
