No, I haven't taken the Barefoot's and prefer not to discuss why. I believe there are many good anti-parasite herbals out there and like Dr.Sutter had to take more than the recommended dose.

I am just very very very weak and that is why I'm having to go gradual at all this. I'm zapping daily again too. And I'm starving them of wheat and sugar!

I did the coke flush 2x this month and got a stone stuck with the first one, even adding in the epsoms. So it was kinda freaky.

The nausea is better now that I've started up my Black walnut and other mixes and zymex, so I'm sure it's a worm of some sort. I can feel it move right under my stomach and left rib and there's one pinching under my right rib under the liver too. :(

Thank u for all your input. I have a lot to weigh out right now. I'm still getting my strength back from my liver flush from last week, which did get whatever was stuck un-stuck, thankfully, but not a fun experience!!
