Yes (constant pain + associated stress to cope) and yes (100% relief from IP with exception of nerve damage from nerve biopsy site). It takes the full program to relieve it, but I feel like a goddess when I'm on the IP as contrasted to a Harpy when I'm not. It took about 6 weeks before I REALLY felt different.
