Re: liver pain after drinking juices

I honestly don't feel this is a sign of anything with which to be worried or stressed...but I'm sure you'd like to have some kind of an idea of what's going on & why. So let's work through the 'detective work' --

Elaborate further please -

Pain? on a scale from 1-10 (10 being excruciating/intolerable "go to the ER now" pain).

Burning? same

How long does it last after ingesting juices?

What kind of juice/s?

Any correlation between type/quantity of juice and burning/pain levels.

Juice is simply ultra nutritious liquid food (laden with enzymes).

Any "negative reaction" we have when ingesting normal/healthy food is a sign of something being wrong (of course). That 'symptom' is the only way our body has of telling us there's something wrong. In the case of ingesting toxins, it's clear what the problem is and how to correct it (stop eating poison :) But when we're ingesting healthy/natural foods & juices, a reaction is indicative that something needs attention...and in this case (and in the case of most humans on this toxic planet), the attention usually needs to be placed on the liver.

These reactions do NOT mean that what we're doing is harmful or 'bad' for our bodies. When our body responds in a way we discern is 'negative', when we're doing things that are good, healthy & natural...we simply need to do more detective work to ascertain what's likely happening.

We all have varying levels of VERY toxic "sludge" or some kind of 'build up' in our organs. Loosening it up and removing it from our body is filled with all kinds of various (and sometimes totally unique) sensations & reactions.

When *true* PAIN comes into play, we need to get specific about exactly what we've done and exactly where the pain is occurring to see if we can correlate that with a specific cleanse we're doing...so we can figure out logically: do we need to do MORE ASAP? do we need to do LESS ASAP? or do we need to be more aggressive with using things like Bentonite or activated charcoal to adsorb the major toxin load?

Generally speaking, the best course of action is usually to "up" the toxin/poison adsorbers (to take burden off the organs of elimination) and push through it logically & safely. Backing off generally only delays the healing process...and our bodies are SO anxious and desperate for our cleansing help & assistance.

Get back to me with more details, and I'll do my best to give you more solid information.

Blessings -

Unyquity
