You got the right idea, I put the tube a foot up in my colon, a little bit at at time, before I let out the rest of the coffee. As it's going in there I let out some coffee every couple of pushes of the tube. I put butter on the last foot of the tube to lubricate it, there's no nozzle at the end. The clear tube's the one I have.

I don't know where I got the directions, but it works fine that way, inserting the tube way up in there - and nothing comes back out. I use the whole 4 cups and lie on my left side for 20 minutes, after taking 15 minutes to get the coffee in there by counting to 5 as I release some, then letting things settle before I release a little more.

Let me know what you think of the sawilsons coffee and setup. I've been doing it for over 3 years, nearly every day the first year or so. After lying there for 10 or 15 minutes you should hear/feel a squirt of bile from your liver clearing itself out.
