Re: and I'll work it, 'cause I'm worth it! ;-)
pj, you are an inspiration to all of us! I can't imagine how difficult it must be to survive with 3 children in college these days!
Somer is a wonderful role model, although I confess that I could never be able to do a SWF. I've never minded enemas and have had many, but I couldn't force myself to swallow more than a half glass or so of salt water.
Although these days I can have professionally administered
colonics as often as I wish, I typically limit
colonics to about once a month, and rely on enemas at home in between as needed. Don't underestimate the benefits that regular use of cleansing enemas at home can provide.
I do have to say that I am concerned when you say "I know there are some problems in my gut--there is too much pain too often...". That is not normal and it might be helpful to keep a log of when this pain occurs and try to determine if there are patterns that recur, such as activities or foods, or stress or other things that might be contributing to the cause.
Sincerest wishes for your best health - naturally,
Valerie
