Yes, Sensible Health can post their tinctures to you. I myself used this service from them and it worked perfectly well.

Chanca Piedra and Artichoke are the versions for Gold Coin Grass and Chinese Bitters and in some countries are easier to find one or the other version.
You should take one tablespoon of CB half an hour before your main meal, it helps the bile to move and GCG should also be taken(one table spoon) before breakfast as it helps to crunch the stones and facilitates the Flush.

Both medicines help if taken one or two weeks before the flush, but it is flush the brings the cure . The medicine are just supporting elements which ought to be taken before the the flush to help your digestion and make the Liver Flush a bit easier.
