Thank you so much for your detailed response! It sounds like you have put alot of effort into seeing what works for your body. I am fasting today, planning on juicing tommorrow and fasting again on Friday and probably juice over the weekend.
I think I will plan on fasting Mon, Wed, Friday and eat/juice on Tues, Thurs and weekends for now, then work up to 2 day fasts with 2 day refeeding days.
