I am curious about your intermintent fasting, it is something would like to try. Are you doing every other day or do you just fast on random days or are you only eating during a smal window each day?
Are the fasting days difficult to handle at first? Does it get easier as your body adjusts?

BTW, I just lost about 27 lbs on a 35 day Water Fast and hardly anybody has noticed...I have been realy surprised by that I am 5'6" and went from 164 to 137.
