I remember after a lot of cleansing and at the end of humaworm when the dying parasites unleashed a nasty virus that violently overtook me, I had the first fever I had had in maybe 5 years since before I became ill. Anyway, it was nice that my immune system was strong again, but someone also reminded me that it was there all along helping me to get to that point, taxed and worn out as it was, it was still hanging in there thank goodness. It couldn't fire with all the pistons until I took some of the burden off though.

Ever wonder why kids get fevers all the time but adults rarely do? I would bet that it is because their immune system is still in perfect working order because it is usually not taxed by chronic infection and chronic inflamation IMO. I'll tell you what, that fever I got felt great like I had an army on my side and I hadn't felt that in the 3-5 years of chronic illness/ fatigue, migraines, etc.

Thank goodness for our immune systems. I got my mercury out and detoxed it and I think it had really been confusing my immune system before. Tweet
