Scratch today...

Earlier, I said...

"Try? Hell, I'll DO it...settle this indecision."


I didn't take any cigs with me on that car trip, but, on the way home, I felt the dreaded 'antsiness', a little.

And on the second car trip I took 3 cigs with me...and smoked them.

Of course, when I arrived home, I began smoking more than yesterday.


That's not 'terrible', but I lost my edge.

Today is a wipe-out.


Back to my real non-smoking self tomorrow.


I like the way I feel when I think of myself as a non-smoker.
