ya the things you just mentioned I also tried and felt soo much worse!! I hade severe pms until I started taking what Imentioned above and eating tofu and Borage oil !! I praise the lord for borage oil.... But I really feel the tofu helps me too. I used to get sucidal before my period. Now I no longer get depressed just irritable during the week that I get my period! I am looking forward to get rid of that too... Ihave been shocking the loved ones lately:-( But for me I would rather be evil than depressed ;-))
