Thank you very much and I agree. I have not had much luck with supplements either (tried for a long time) they ever really turned things around. Isocort made me depressed after a while too. Ginseng, pregnolone, DHEA, Licorice and flax tended to make my PMS symptoms worse (breast tenderness).

The only thing that ever helped me was an herb - Vitex, so I have explored more herbal options and whole foods. It just seems to make sense to me....

I had all but one tiny one mercury filling removed when I was a teen.

I agree in the protein too - it seems to help me. I am gluten intolerant too, so I need to watch where I am getting the protein from. :-)
