Jeez, gal...how in the WORLD did I miss this "quickie"?

It's perfectly alright to take your cayenne powder 'mixed in stuff' - however if someone has bleeding ulcers, I think it would really be important to give them a "direct hit"...at least until the bleeding was resolved.

Dunderhead? lol, I haven't heard that for DECADES!
