An Aid, But Not a Permanent Solution
The "Thank You So Much" post sounds like an advertisement to me. Nonofollows has only done a couple posts on TMJ support and none anywhere else. A true CZer answers the question "what is in the book" honestly with specific instructions to the excercises, not by just saying "read the book to find out how". I am sure this person wants to help people which I appreciate, but we have to be realistic.
Excercises cannot fix a severe TMJ disorder. You need structural realignment to correct a bad bite, you need bite reconstruction by a chiropractic dentist.
Do not buy this thinking it will be a cure but it might make your posture better and help your jaw relax. So will yoga, or any excercizes your chiropractor recommends. I'm just giving the facts.
I have spent thousands of dollars to fix my bite before i met my current dentist who is actually helping and I know what I'm talking about. My chiropractic dentist has me do excercises along with wearing my splint to help him find the natural healthy bite my jaw is seeking so that he can adjust the splint to it and then when I am done with splint adjustments he adds bonding to my teeth to take them back to where the bite was before a bad dentist messed it up by filling a filling too low, I reapeat, only one filling too low and my whole bite shifted backwards!
Just so everyone knows, I had great success with completely stopping teethgrinding and clenching during sleep and you can buy my book from my website to find out how. Just kidding! I did a biological dental cleanup of all mercury and cavitations and then I did a metal cleanse and
parasite cleanse. Once the mercury and
parasites were gone, no more grinding!!!!! Grinding grinds the teeth down to an unhealthy bite of permanent clenchedness because the tooth structure lost so much vertical dimension that in order to meet the TMJ must clench.
Health and happiness to all.
