First i tried your link to the TMJ-help.org and it didn't work so maybe you can send me it after you check it out so I can post this there as well.

Dentists don't seem to respond to me when I provide them with my solution to the fix on TMJ so here's a slight story and the solution I found. I also have suggested this to some 27 people who also had TMJ and it helped all as well.

Condition: Severe pain in jaws like pressure of a vice closing your jaw, clicking in the ear, grinding of teeth adds to the condition and once you have it you can't even eat a banana from the banana without breaking a piece off and placing it in your mouth plus Bagels or Rolls are out of the question when that happens.

My Story:
I would get pain in my jaw so badly that i felt like my head was in a vice. on a scale of 1 to 10 where at 10 you would kill anything that moved due to the severity of the pain i tried a number of things and came up with the following resolution.

Solution:
I believe we have a vitamin deficiency for some reason. but for some reason it doesn't stay permanent as I will explain further now. Buy Inositol 500 mg in any health food store. I used to only get 250 mgs when i first tripped upon this which was purely by accident. Take one pill at the first sign or when it's really getting bad. For TMJ it works within 40 minutes... usually less.. to relieve all the pressure and therefore the pain. If you need to you might take it with each meal when it acts up and once you have it under control which could occur with 24 hours or less then take one a day.. eventually you won't take one and won't miss the pill either.. but you will have the bottle on hand for a future flair up.

Mine is gone.. i might get an attack once a year but it's gone within the 40 minutes. I changed my diet for myself or rather a lifestyle without Sugar and slow or low carbs but that's just me and not indicative of what you would need to do.

This will help as the 27 I suggested it to plus me all had success.. Know that if you pull a leg muscle and try this it probably won't work there and I'm not clear why as you would think a spasm is a spasm.. but for that you can try magnesium citrate pills at 500mg per day..

Let me know if this works oh and if your bite is off you might need a dentist to grind down your teeth to balance your bite as it will come back if your bite is off..

Please post this for all to see and at that site you mentioned pleased and let me know..

Good luck .. well you won't need it if it's TMJ and you use this.

Lastly, the only side effect noticed is that if you take too much of Inositol you might feel more tired than normal so simply back it down to a comfy zone.
