I do a Liver Flush now about 3 times a year. I've read all the arguments about whether they are "real" stones or not. I guess if you have a gallbladder that has been confirmed to be full of stones, then that would be a main focus. And I would try to get rid of them naturally first....unless you are behind surgery and removing the gallbladder?
This same flush recipe is an old practice performed by a number of cultures. I was shocked when my Japanese acupuncturist suggested it to me, saying this was done in Japan. I know some people that have gone to Chinese herbalists, who have also suggested this. I first learned about it through Ayurveda.
But the wonderful and light way I feel after a Liver Flush I can only say, I wouldn't care if those are green monkey's flying out of my ass. Oh course, there would be a debate as to whether they are "real" monkey's or not.
Liver Flushes specifically brought me back to health. Don't know why, don't care. It is what it is.
