Faintness isn't tiredness. Fainting is caused by a discrepenancy in blood chemistry in the brain.

Unfortunately, being faint or tired is common when fasting. The only real solution, is more fasting. I rarely ever get faint when fasting, whereas a year ago it was very common for me to feel faint after a couple of days.

If you are fatigued or faint, it most likely means the body is full of crap it is trying to eliminate. Unlike many things in life, fasting is a true catch-22. The more difficult fasting is, it usually means the more you need to do it.
