Thanks Craig - that sounds like a great way to get massive amounts of probiotics without massive costs.... I actually work in a laboratory and I can get a hold of an incubator, which should work as well as a yogurt maker... but can you possibly tell me at exactly what temperature your yogurt maker runs, so I can match that temp at the lab? Thanks a bunch. Don't know why I never thought of culturing the little guys b4!
