I use a bit of pure water (maybe 1/8th cup) and FOS free inulin that I purchased from Duncan Crow at:(http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/).

I add 2 probiotic capusules to 3 tsp of inuclin and let it grow for at least 12 hours, usually more like 24 to 36. I incubate in a yogurt maker I bought through amazon.com for around $15 bucks (don't know if they still sell them that cheap).

I have done 3 of these every other day and boy have I inspired a die-off reaction. And in various parts of my body (urinary tract, athletes foot, mouth, brain fog, short term memory is shot) so I know I am stirring it up. The coolest thing is that in spite of the die-off I feel really pretty good. I've made it to the gym 2 times this week and it's been a LONG time since I pulled off 2 days in a row!

I'll keep ya'll posted.
