I used to come here in the beginning and ask questions, and read other posts. In fact, I was here a lot!!! But, I started realizing that if I keep reading about it, I will keep having the side effects just because it was always on my mind.
I stopped coming here, and stopped absorbing all the negatives I went through. And I think I got better faster because I stopped obsessing over it.
I do believe that if you keep reading negative over and over, you'll never be able to start thinking positive. I stopped pointing out all the bads that were still happening to me after removal, and I started pointing out all the good that was starting to come back to me.
A lot of healing yourself is your mind and how you look at things. JMO.
