1 year Mirena free today!!!!!!!!!

Wow, I can't believe it!! It's been one year Mirena free for me today!!! When I think back to what I was like a year ago, I still get emotional!!!

This thing ruined my life for over a year!!! I wouldn't go anywhere. I was losing my hair. I was depressed, crying over nothing. I had vertigo, anxiety, fatigue. I had no sex drive at all. I'm really surprised that my husband and I made it through all this.

But after 1 year, I am back to normal!!!!! I haven't had an anxiety attack in months. I don't get vertigo anymore. My husband and I have the BEST relationship now!! I have a normal life again. In fact, I'll be on a plane to NY from Florida tomorrow, and I have absolutely no problems with that!!

Now, of course, this didn't happen over night. It took month's for my body to regulate itself. But, finally, finally I am ME again!!! LOL

So to everyone who thinks getting back to normal will be overnight, it won't happen!! But "normal" is out there, and will happen!!!!
