Re: I am looking for advice, boyfriend of chilhood rape victim. Please help

I feel that rape victims and other people with Post Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD), should first treat the biological aspects of their illness, before dealing with the psychological aspects of the problem. The traumatic event may have triggered an underlying biochemical imbalance, that may have been dormant prior to the event. Emotional problems of whatever kind are usually operating in the here-and-now and these need to be dealt with before anything else.

What to do with the perpetrators of these crimes appears to be a different matter. Whatever action is taken is not going to alter the metabolic disorder that affects the victim now. We all have an obligation to stop sex offenders, but it is not clear to advise, what action need to be taken. Please read:

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Hypoglycemia at:

and discuss wit a Nutritional Doctor, or a Clinical Nutritionist.
