I don't know what forum or what protocol, but a moderator should ignore someone unless they are breaking Forum Rules or spamming or posting dangerously. Try using a bad message alert if you think the post does break some rules. I think that goes to Webmaster as well.

And if someone has an opinion or a protocol, they are equal to anyone else on the forum. The fact that they are a moderator is completely irrelevant. If you disagree with the protocol, say so. The forum consists of it's members, there is no hierarchical structure. Many people seem to make this mistake. Tweet
