Re: I C lots of Fasting but not much Curing

There is a Science and fine art to fasting, and unless adhered to will not produce the results required.
Too many people enter a fast without the slightest knowledge of the process; how to conduct one; and even how to break one.

The success of a fast is dependent on its length and its conduct where both will allow the body to self-heal and self-cleanse.

Fasting is also only a catalyst or a means to an end.

There are thousands upon thousands of documented success case histories that have recovered their health thru fasting and proper living habits thereafter.....Dr Joel Fuhrman MD.

"A fast is in vain unless the physiological laws of the body are adhered to thereafter."
H M Shelton.
