I guess I have been struggling trying to understand why the BSM was problematic for my family. Anytime we try to add it to our drink we end up with poor health. We can handle the regular molasses, but blackstrap causes problems.
It's either the potassium or it could be the copper to zinc ratio:
***copper is .28 and zinc is .14 in BSM
**In the seaweed it's a good ratio with the zinc higher than the copper
