There is a great deal of misinformation on the ratios of all kelp varieties.

I have no fear of looking foolish for seeking the truth.

My whole point here was to bring these ideas forward so that people could understand and consider the amounts of potassium to sodium they are taking in. Even if the amount of sodium is fairly even with the potassium, when 2 tablespoons of BSM are used they could be adding anywhere from 1000mg - 1400mg of potassium, with no additional sodium, which for some may be problematic.
