Uny I need help please!!

I woke up early this morning with no energy whatsoever ..It is now 12:30 and I am so weak I don't know what to do now...
anyone know what is up with that? I really need to be feeling much better here not worse..

Uny I need helpplease !. done 2 Coffee-Enema so far .took 4 caps of IF1 too.I feel nauseous still and very sleepy/tired.... what do I need to do now?take a dose of IF2? eat something? I feel so weak and uh I think hungry .. I have went to the bathroom once today but no stones that I could see..and of course went when I did the Coffee-Enema but it was not productive ..sigh just coffee .. I am burping some today too and I feel like if I didn't I would puke !! ugh I got to go to store to get some more stuff to juice and I don't feel like getting ready ...(big sigh ) am I dealing with a clog here??
