update!

got all the oil/citrus down cept one small swallow that actually had some seeds in it..1/2 cup of each btw

doing alright so far .cept I am having some burning in my liver area... stuff unclogging I assume.. made me some detox tea so I am sippin on that right now and fixin to lie down for a bit to see if this burning/pain sensation will end.. If I am in trouble here Uny ...then you better let me know ok?(grin).. I don't remember having pain like this before so kinda concerned bout that.. but oh well gonna lie down and watch a movie or something till I fall asleep and if I can't of course I will be back on here ..LOL
