Some of my own posts have been attacked because of their seemingly "authoritative" nature by certain members who have just qualified in the health-field: this I feel had very little to do with my Mod' status.
If a post comes over as "authoritative", then that can be sufficient fuel to ignite the flames of abuse.

I am not entirely sure that if a Mod's ID is known or anonymous, then that really makes any difference to receiving abuse/defamation as a known member, except that IF unknown, the Mod' can act incognito, but still take abuse. It just makes it less personal.

Am considering my own role, but I am not going to let the likes of the Anyas & Brucesters of this World to dictate terms and conditions in my role here in "appeasing" their agenda.

I refuse to appease anyone who acts appallingly and breaks the rules and TOS, and act submissively to their antics and despicable behavior.

I have much to think about.
